Xanadu Surf & Yoga is a boutique surf and wellness retreat located in Kuta, Mandalika — an area recognized for world-class surf breaks, relaxed coastal lifestyle, and rapidly developing tourism infrastructure.
The project was designed to combine hospitality with wellness and lifestyle experiences, offering accommodation tailored for surf and yoga travelers. The construction scope focused on purpose-designed guest units that emphasize indoor–outdoor living, natural materials, and architectural openness. Key design elements include expansive wooden and glass openings for natural light, terrazzo finishes, open-air bathroom concepts, and a dedicated Yoga Room supporting wellness activities.
